Return Policy
If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us via email at admin@butterfingers.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened and intact we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.
Please place your order carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes, dietary requirements or incorrect products ordered. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, Butterfingers will replace the product at no additional cost.
Returns
If a parcel is returned to us due to the delivery address being incorrectly entered at the time of placing your order, or because you failed to collect the parcel from Australia Post, please note delivery charges will apply if we need to resend the parcel at your request.
