Based on traditional recipes, Butterfingers Shortbreads came to life in 1981.

Our deliciously smooth, pure butter shortbread is made from the finest ingredients and free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavours.

Nestled in Lilydale, in the picturesque Yarra Valley region of Victoria, our Australian owned and operated artisan bakehouse creates premium pure butter shortbread that is sought after by biscuit connoisseurs around the world.

FLOUR + BUTTER + SUGAR

Less is more.

Our traditional shortbread recipe is crafted from Australian wheat flour, 100% pure butter and premium sugar.

From there, we simply add quality ingredients such as Australian native macadamias, lemon myrtle oil, creamy choc chips or extra fine ginger.

Butterfingers Pure Butter Shortbread is free from preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.

It is as pure as the place it comes from.
