Shipping
Butterfingers ships domestically within Australia using Australia Post standard mail. All orders are shipped from our Bakehouse in Lilydale in Victoria.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on Australia Post rates and will automatically be calculated at checkout based on your order and your delivery address. You will be given the option between standard and express shipping at checkout. You will see the relevant charge before your payment is required at checkout.
Express Shipping
We offer express shipping via Australia Post. You will see the relevant charge before your payment is required at checkout.
International Shipping
Butterfingers ships internationally to New Zealand and the USA using Australia Post Standard International and Express International service. Rates vary depending on the country of destination and the total weight of your order. Shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout once you select the country of destination. You have the option to select between "Standard" and "Express" at checkout.
Butterfingers is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you or the recipient may have to pay upon delivery to the country of destination. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities / local customs in the country of destination before placing your order.
Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery with Standard International shipping or 5-10 working days with Express International Shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination and the time of year. Please allow an extra 10 working days during December. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been despatched. Should you have any further enquiries relating to the tracking of your order, please contact admin@butterfingers.com.au
Whilst we will always endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible, please note we are not responsible for delivery delays which are out of our control. For this reason we cannot issue refunds for orders delivered later than anticipated.
Order Processing Times
We normally aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your order being received online. Please allow additional processing times at peak periods like December. Please rest assured we are doing our very best to pack and despatch your order as quickly as possible. You will be notified via email as soon as your order has left our Bakehouse in Lilydale VIC and is on its way.

Delivery Times
Shipping and delivery times on the Australian mainland can vary depending on your location. Standard delivery times are below:
- 3-5 Business Days | Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane
- 5-10 Business Days | Adelaide, Perth, Tasmania, NT, Regional & Country Areas
Express delivery times:
- 1-2 Business Days | Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane
- 3-5 Business Days | Adelaide, Perth, Tasmania, NT, Regional & Country Areas
Please expect longer delivery times in peak periods such as the Christmas period.
Please be advised that Australia Post may provide the option to leave your parcel in a safe place (“authority to leave”). Should Australia Post not consider the location a safe drop, your parcel will be taken to the local post office, and you will be notified accordingly.

Local Pick Up
We offer free local pick up from the Butterfingers Bakehouse in Lilydale. Simply select "pick up" at checkout. Shoppers will be notified via email as soon as their order is ready for collection (within 2-4 working days). Shoppers will need to show their order number (received via email) in order to collect their order. Pick up available Monday to Friday between 10am-3pm.

International Shipping

Return Policy
If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us via email at admin@butterfingers.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened and intact we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.
Please place your order carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes, dietary requirements or incorrect products ordered. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, Butterfingers will replace the product at no additional cost.
