The Product
We are a shortbread specialist manufacturer and the products are made from all natural ingredients being sourced from within Australia. There are no preservatives, artificial colourings or flavours used in our production processes and the products are GMO free. The products are suitable for vegetarians.
Our Gluten Free products are laboratory tested externally of our premises prior to the products release to ensure a “none detected” result.
Our packaging components are all recyclable. The cardboard shipping cartons are made from recycled paper.
Waste
All paper and cardboard packaging from our suppliers is fully recycled.
Certification and Approvals
The production facility operates
under a HACCP Food Safety program which encompasses WQA and SQF levels. Kosher and Halal approved.
